is there any restriction using third party app in Singapore?

Hi I am newbie here and as the title says everything, So I think there is no need to explain it more. :D

And this question only for the general knowledge. There is now mean to criticize anyone.

Can you pls give me examples of which type or kind of third party apps are you referring to?

Pretty sure the developer is the third party. Party 1 is OP, 2 is the phone.
