Good morning, last April I needed to go back to my home country because my renewal of Spass was denied.
I have a existing cellphone contract with Starhub. Since I need to go back to my home country and no source of income I was not able to pay my dues.
This morning my landlady received a letter from a certain lawyer. It says Demand Law that I need to pay the said amount in 7 days.
What if I don't pay the amount in the said deadline. What will happen to me whenever I go back to Singapore? Does the immigration has the right to detain me or will not allow me to enter Singapore?
FYI I know it's my fault but due to this Covid situation all of my plans was ruined.
I am planning to go back to Singapore next year to pay my dues and look for a Job. Thank you!
