Village is just a name for suburb, like, in Australia. Don't confuse people.

You may find some old commie building which look like slums, but they are not slums and it is okay inside those buildings.

Only one place comes to my mind - Romania. They have minority called gypsies (very interesting, wikipedia says that they have Indian roots) and they live in slums - but it the choice they made, they have opportunities to improve their lifestyle, but it looks like they don't use it.
There are slums in Sofia and Bucharest even in Hungary especially around Sekesferhervar

What ZZ said about Mysore to Bangalore highway is true. I was working in Bangalore in the 80s . it is a nightmare going there.
Even to Old Madras Road or Doodalapoor.
The traffic policemen have the highest lead content in their lungs in India due to smoke inhalation just by controlling the traffic flow and that was in the 80s !!. I could not imagine now.
NZ is not like Warsaw. NZ is more laid back . If you are not the outdoor type, you go nuts down here
Warsaw is like East Berlin in East Germany in the 80s.

a) Poland is huge country compare to Singapore and property prices will not rise so fast.

maybe

b) Poland has great infrastructure, it is developed European country.

Great by Indian standards, yes.

c) Poland in European Union, meaning that staff will not require visas to travel to customers (UK or Switzerland).

Not sure what you mean above but UK is not in Schengen zone so I have some doubts whether this would be universally true.

d) Education in Poland is very good, the same like in UK and the rest of Europe, or better.

With this I can agree. At least it used to be the case.

e) Poland is very safe country and has great places to explore.

Yes, it is very safe, again by the India standards. It is comparably safe to other EU countries but I would for sure not say "very safe". It is also much more openly racist comparing to Singapore but to the old EU countries as well basically by the fact that it is less cosmopolitan. It does not mean that an Indian guy will be immediately attacked but the chances of being verbally (hopefully only) insulted within a month of stay are rather high.

f) Salaries are not so high and I may tell you why: because country was in a transition state from socialism to democracy.

And in Singapore we often hear how locals want foreigners return back home.

I'm not sure that many Indians will be relocated to Poland or hired from there, as I said, Europe has large IT pool.

I don't think that you have any chances in Europe with girls, especially with Polish, because they are very conservative and religious.
Target girls younger than 50-60yo and you may get positively surprised.

vink2, you are crazy as a loon. The good moderator, x9200 IS Polish. Sometimes you should just crawl back under your rock where you won't harm yourself.

I though he is Russian.

Anyway,

Maybe that is why girls give him preference? European girls are more likely to be with European guys. How many white girls do you see with non-white guys on a street? Not so often. Zero chances.

And I thought that Singaporeans are being cocooned.

What did you expect? Only half a million people are there. More like a small town. Definitely, there is more fun in Singapore. But anyway, better than Bangalore.
