Streetdirectory shows ths address: 1 Yuan Ching Road
Googe maps show: 25 Mackenzie Rd

Where to go?
Take the train to Little India MRT, walk across the car park towards Mackenzie Rd and you'll know you're in the right place half way there as you'll be already hearing SMS...

Vietnam too apparently. It's why I can't go; wife made other plans and I didn't know.

Maybe it has something to do with Soviets and Vietnam being a former friend of that country? :)

But seriously, it's kinda pathetic. All THAT trouble for 10 cent meatballs?! (and Snoopy and Hello Kitty toys and...)

I know most Singaporean households don't make an average of above 5000 SGD but I think they can afford meatballs without having to flock a furniture store.

Some time back one local lady told me that she wants to go to IKEA very much to eat meatballs. I did not pay much attention to it. Only now I found out it is a kind of craze here.

My colleague took leave today to queue over there for the meatballs. And she showed me a photo of the insane queues snaking out of the IKEA building past the bridge!

If not the foreigners the queue would be much shorter.

Thanks ksl. I was asking SMS yesterday about your whereabouts. Last time I remember you have been buying a boat or something after which you disappeared. I guess you are just back to the UK not on a desert island?
