Saw this in Chinatown ... Took a picture .... Can anyone shed some light?

I Saw this in Sri Lanka - a sour tasting fruit - let me find out for you tomorrow :D

For wind take Tumeric two spoons in a glass of milk with ice cubes....not the best of taste but works wonders for gastric problems. Also helps detox the liver! take every day for a week for a good clean out.
