Well not tinder. Join clubs church sports reading groups. Making friends is a networking exercise. You start with one and build via that one to another.
I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.
You've been arrested? Law Society of Singapore can provide referrals.
You want an International School job? School website or http://www.ISS.edu
Your rugrat needs a School? Avoid for profit schools
You need Tax advice? Ask a CPA
You ran away without doing NS? Shame on you!

I have been here 2 months, you just need to go to the same place over and over. I havent found any friends except for the staff @ Cuscaden patio who are nice and friendly. Its boring here... get used to it lol

I joined a rugby club within 2 weeks of arriving and always had a group of over 50 people out and about every night.
Join any club, but I suggest a sporting one (sport, cards, mahjong, ...). You dont need to play but it helps.

If you want to try something new my Dragon boat team is always looking for new members. Dragon boating is something you have probably never done before - why not give it a go (you dont need to sign up long term to try it)

PM me if you want me to send details.

I also just move here Basically my friends are all from my workplace. Other than that, just my neighbor and some fellows that I frequently met at kopitiam or sort.
