Re: Part Time Maid

But evening she complained to her agent Rina that she would not like to work anymore. Is it because I asked her for a copy of her Dependent Pass? Who knows. Of course she doesn't want to work for you, because it is ILLEGAL. If you read my post, only PRs and Citizens may work as domestic helpers par...

Seriously? SafeSurf is something you subscribe to, to protect your kids. So you knowingly subscribe SafeSurf and then complain about it in public? Just disable it. Maybank and DBS both offer prepaid cards. In fact, if you go to the Mastercard website, they list Maybank as the place to get one. http://info.maybank2u.com.sg/personal/cards/prepaid/ http://www.dbs.com/sg/personal/cards/prepaid-card/microsite/default.aspx http://www.mastercard.com/sea/personal/en/r...

No need for the additional cost of a service apartment, I think 6 weeks is more than enough time to find a place. The key will be to get a trustworthy agent, so I sug...

No, SE you are wrong on this one. Perhaps you mean DVDs. I was talking about blurays. Blurays are on a different region system than DVDs. Again, for those buying blurays, US is the same region lock as SG (Region A).

Be careful about ordering from Amazon.com/vPost. The way to go is to order from... amazon.co.uk (unless you're getting some crazy deal from the .com site that cannot be turned down). But for the most part (movies, tv) you should go to the .co.uk address, and here's why... :) I just reread this bit,...

Ok let's see if I can decipher this :D You applied to be a student. You are given a FIN, with instruction to submit some documents. You submit documents. Documents no good. Rejected. Seems like they called shenanigans on your documents. Unless you have other (real) documents, then there is no point ...
