I cannot find one redeeming quality in that post to have fun with. It's bad enough already. I should ban it out...

Re: Slimming Coffee

personally I know bodybuilders who drink coffee, without milk and sugar (of course) during their cutting/shredding phase. another alternative to anytime fitness is Gymboxx
http://www.gymmboxx.com/

some of the outlets are 24hrs, for those who prefer nocturnal training.
only $7/entry

no classes though.

Re: how to choose a country club?

I would think as Humans are social beings, it''ll be a place that you would want to be affiliated with/hangout at.

or if you have no other avenues to spend your cash....

This has been news for a long time already, when it was supposed to be implemented firstly in time for National Day last year.......though to be fair it was first announced in July 2014. It was pushed back to end of August, then to October, then the end of the year then June next year. It's a "watc...

Re: Gelatin free Marshmallows in Singapore?

I dont think theres any ready-made gelatin free marshmallows for sale in sg.

However my aunt used to experiment with agar agar, irish moss and guar gum if im not wrong, for gummies. You can get such ingredients easily at any supermaket.
