NOT the cars.

Don't know about the rest, I haven't crossed border by foot in AGES..... :D

Re: Dual Citizen SG + MY

Siv, that's not correct as you've wrote it. Malaysia tolerates dual citizenship among children/babies, in many cases at least. There are multiple references to that fact among Malaysian High Commissions elsewhere. It's not a general problem under current Malaysian citizenship law (which has changed...

Re: Dual Citizen SG + MY

Dude Malaysia does NOT allow dual citizenship. Period. The only way that is even possible is for those who take up another citizenship and just don't inform Malaysia about it. Like the thousands and thousands of those residing in Singapore and Australia currently and using the passport to their adva...

Re: EP / S PASS QUOTA

I know S pass holders who make in excess of 5K/mo. Just because one's salary is listed as being in excess of the minimum required for an EP doesn't mean they will be given an EP automatically. That is why there is a tick box on the application form indicating that you would like to also be consider...

EP / S PASS QUOTA

Quick question.

If a local company has 2 local employees, and then they hire another 2 foreigners on EP, will they run into any issues if they wanted to employ another foreigner on S Pass ?

How does the quota thing work exactly ?

Re: PR Application - Chances/Odds

Just thought I'd post this little update, if it helps anyone. (although I wonder WHY it would haha) Met a long lost friend, who like me, works in SG and lives across the border in JB. He ONLY works in Singapore, no car, no property, nothing. Never lived in Singapore. Ever. Been a PR since 2008 ! Wel...
