Sell your stuff on gumtree and craiglist - otherwise you options are flea markets at HDBs or Scape but I wouldn't waste my day standing around looking desperate to sell my unwanted stuff and telling the same number over and over again to passer bys.

I believe SE has explained fairly well unless there is some form of arrangement you have had with this individual to invest your money whereby you can clearly show negligence of duty and obligations, and thus the ability to force liquidate your investment. No, I dont know anyone from the rest, while I had sourced before for quotes and plans from them, that was years ago. Been with GE ever since, about 7 years now. Yes, similar to sendok, it appears you are paying non-resident tax rates because you are considered a non-resident by IRAS. Typically if you continue staying in Singapore, IRAS will go back to re-assess that year of tax assessment and revise it to resident tax rate and thus refund you the difference...
