Doing my Level 3 next year June.........I am sticking to the proven method of passing - mug up all the Books in 2 weeks before the Exam. Based on experience, the Questions in the Exams and the Answers to them is pretty much similar to the Practice Questions and Suggested Solutions in the books.

PA = more of a secretarial role to the Manager attending to administrative duties, such as booking appointments, scheduling, claims processing, attending to calls, etc.

HR AM = assuming its an HR executive role, as part of the HR team/dept, reporting to the HR Manager.
