I found another blog site of a flight steward who's currently undergoing training. apparently he used to be a tv actor or somehting on shows like moulmein high and tv8's tong xin yuan etc. have a look.

Does anyone know exactly what the psychometric test is about? its a set of questions... u do it on the computer. after answering the quesitons, a chart will be drafted out to show your dominance, ur extrovert, your patience etc it will be used against u during the management interview. but for mine...

Mean? I guess it's better to let people think they don't have to worry about knowing how to swim well . . . potentially to save lives.
