One of SIA's core values is 'Integrity'.
I would not suggest that you do not declare. If you are accepted and they find out, not only will you have to pay back your bond. You might have legal action taken against you. In my opinion, being truthful is best.

There is no need to use massive quotes, it wastes space and creates problems with the board software. Please select only that which is relevant when quoting.

The selection process is slow because they have to make sure they are fair to each applicant. I don't think they prefer Singaporeans more, there are batches where the majority are malaysians.
