What?! What?! I DEFINITELY second that request. I have CHS syndrome, even with hearing aids.

Re: Will this plan for freelancing in SG work?

Hi all, First off, let me thank the numerous contributors to this forum, i have learned a lot from you! :) I hold a PEP, and i have opportunities to work as a freelance / contractor for Singapore companies. I know that you can't normally freelance if you are on an EP or PEP. MoM doesn't care if hav...

Re: SPR marrying Indian Citizen - EP/DP/LTVP - Confused!

I don't think I would put it quite the way PNGMK did, and there is no security in Singapore any more, particularly for Indians. I hear that you have been here a long time, and I do hope that things work out for you. However, with the populist fervor that treats everyone as "foreign devils"...

Re: UK Fiance Visa

What I am saying is that after our engagement party, I will be staying there in the UK instead of him coming here. Under the Family visa category there is this option: If you’re outside the UK You can apply for a family visa to live with your: spouse or partner fiancé, fiancée or proposed civil par...

Re: PR rejection timeline

Clearly, your statement, "close friend of mine with exactly same profile" isn't accurate for if the profile had been exactly the same, the outcome would have been exactly the same as well. It's less likely that it's your paperwork, and more likely that there is something in your background...

Re: Do you think I will be able to find a job?

I believe that recognized common law marriage only gets one an LTVP these days, not a DP, although there doesn't seem to be much difference between them any more.

Re: UK Fiance Visa

Hello forum! Grateful if someone could point us to a good company that processes fiance visas please, as we want assurance with the form because a failed application would be really bad. My partner is from the UK and I am a Singaporean if it helps. Thank you! No such thing as a "partner visa&q...

Re: Visiting Singapore

SE, I'm not sure on your interpretation on the place where you will be staying as the owner clearly states he's not running a hotel but sharing his home. Maybe he doesn't know what he's talking about? :???: Interesting question. He's got a significant part of the shophouse dedicated to these types ...

Re: LTVP or LTVP+ passes

In addition to what SMS said, you say: I have brought her to INDIA after marriage and she is currently working here. You mean she is now living and working in India? And you are also living and working in India? Even if SMS is wrong and she doesn't automatically lose PR because of marriage to you, h...
