Re: Is it easier to get job after getting married and having Dependant Pass?

Spouses of Singaporean citizens do not get a DP, they get a LTVP or LTVP+ (less likely in the first three years). You can work with a letter of consent (LOC) with both passes. Is it easier? What do you mean? It is easier because you won't get kicked out of the country because you don't have a valid ...

You mentioned that they can take any action. Can they legally go up to that extent that they 1) they will not give me my relieving letter 2) or they may not pay me last month salary ie., salary for the month of notice period etc. ?? About the only place that seems to care about "relieving lett...

Re: Working remotely on a visitor pass

What kind of pass? If you are on a DP or LTVP with a right of permanent residence in Singapore, and, the company you plan to work for remotely a) provides no products or services in Singapore, and b) has no legal presence in Singapore, then you can work remotely for the company without a work pass, ...

Re: Kidney Transplant recipient effect of Entre Pass Application?

Thanks. I will start registering for entre pass. It is very unlikely that you will qualify for an Entrepass. See my somewhat dated, but still relevant article here: https://forum.singaporeexpats.com/viewtopic.php?t=93619 Also, take a look at MoM requirements for and Entrepass: http://www.mom.gov.sg...
