Re: Report a safety issue with condo

Have you tried to propose motion triggered lighting? They have this. The sensor is aimed down, so it only triggers if you're walking up the stairs. And even then, the range is border-line useless. Not possible to do it right (replace/fix it)? Even with a simple wall switch triggered timer if it kee...

Re: Report a safety issue with condo

Hey So my building is constantly having issues, amongst which the single lift for my half of the building constantly breaks down. During this time, the only option is a single stairwell. This stairwell is pitch black by day, and timer by light. I've raised this to the management company, but they s...

Is it so? .....How about Polytechnics?..... Please do let me know in case you have a chance to speak with them. I know that in the west there are several instances of engineers going back to universities to teach after spending several years in the industry.......although.....Singapore may be diffe...

Re: Age limit for getting EP/SPass?

Mmm - this is probably true. I've seen some 60+ American folk jump ship out of international school positions (directors, business managers) and while it hasn't been said that they are leaving because of EP issues I was wondering if they knew something I didn't. I've seen the same in a tutorial cen...

Re: OST to PST conversion, is it manually possible?

This is yet another post on OST/PST conversion and I would be willing to buy someone a beer if I hear a convincing explanation on how this spam is intended to work. Obviously all the OPs are posting from India but they post only once and there is no obvious reference to any software/site within thei...

Re: Second Generation PR - confusion over the term

Is this correct? It's a source of confusion. A second generation PR is (I believe) a child born to a person who is ALREADY a PR. If you apply for PR as a mother/father and your child is included in the application, that child is a first generation PR on his own merit. He does not incur a NS obligat...

Recently renewed mine with automatic approval on the spot.

Must be something what flagged Jdins and queued the application for manual, more scrutinizing process.

Re: What do white women think us Chinese men

Hello to all ! So recently I started getting interested in white girls. Well , I heard that white girls don’t think much of asian / Chinese men and just treat them like just another bin in the room. Well I’m actually a good looking Chinese male ( I’m really not showing off or being arrogant , this ...

Re: New Year, New Eagles Gathering! - Friday 19th Jan

Just thought I'd give this a bump to see if we can get a good turn-out on the 19th. And to confirm the venue... Didn't hear back from x9200 and Scooby about Beerfest... Is it a good place to meet? Place - yes, food - yes, the beers tasted to me like these limited volume craft beers that started to ...
