Re: What do white women think us Chinese men

Hello to all ! So recently I started getting interested in white girls. Well , I heard that white girls don’t think much of asian / Chinese men and just treat them like just another bin in the room. Well I’m actually a good looking Chinese male ( I’m really not showing off or being arrogant , this ...

Re: New Year, New Eagles Gathering! - Friday 19th Jan

Just thought I'd give this a bump to see if we can get a good turn-out on the 19th. And to confirm the venue... Didn't hear back from x9200 and Scooby about Beerfest... Is it a good place to meet? Place - yes, food - yes, the beers tasted to me like these limited volume craft beers that started to ...

Re: Stateless 28years old guy (and his 2 sisters)

(Long texts warning) Hi all, depends on how you view it, I'm in and not in trouble right now. I'm 28yr old Chinese male, born and raised in Singapore. I have 2 younger sisters, 23 and 27yr old, born and raised in Singapore too. My father is a Singaporean, mother is a Malaysian. We have all been wor...

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/science/2017/12/06/entire-human-chess-knowledge-learned-surpassed-deepminds-alphazero/ A lot of folk think they are indespensible! Time to think again. Chess is the game of fixed rules (parameters) including fixed, non-dynamic, border conditions. In reality (daily life) h...

Re: Lease extension -> Security deposit adjustment?

I'm about to sign a lease extension of my current lease. Current rental is SGD4300, now going to be 3800. I paid 2x4300 as Security deposit. Is it standard practice to adjust the SD to 2x3800 and give a refund? The extension is only for a year. I always do it, adjust the amount, including, if the c...

Re: Driving SG registered car in Malaysia

This a bit odd feeling when you (almost) see less Malaysian motorbikes in Malaysia than every day in Singapore. Anyway, after my first longer self-drive trip to Malaysia with well over 800km counted including rush hours in KL, I don't see anything particularly bad about Malaysian drivers that their ...

Re: Tenant breaking contract - my options

My tenant(sad to say another sub-continental) is breaking the 2 year lease with 11 months remaining. He is not moving out of Singapore and is ready to forfeit his 2 month deposit. There has been no acrimony between us and the property is a brand new condo unit, so he can't complain of any defects/i...

Re: Any Eagles up for a gathering in October?

If not that guy: who actually didn't confirm he was joining, I would end up there alone. Thanks man and thanks for your company. As much as I understand some reasons I think there should be a mechanism to pass the message. Myself, I have more misses than hits but if I say I am coming and it happens ...
