It is totally up to you if you feel Bangkok may be more suitable (lower cost, resort-like recuperation) option. Do bear in mind that you get what you pay for. One of the reason for the lower price in Bangkok is that the same blade is used on ten eyes/patients (not sure which one, eye or patient??) ...
