sorry guys, i couldn't get any clarity, i called up ICA and they confused me more. wonder if the ambiguous stance on not sharing data is intentional. 9-week multi entry is what has been granted. Also the government can't really charge xxxx $ for something where 80% of applicants literally get nothing in return, unless you specifically call it a lottery. 100 dollars won't stop applicants from applying few times. May be if it was 1000 dollars, applicants will think twice.
