Now I would like to get into Pre-sales in Singapore(my dream career). I tried applying all related Jobs in the Singapore Job portals. But I'm not getting calls. Well, it's not a good time since gahmen draws the "line". The applications from foreigners without rare skills are, most likely, rejected....

I just came back from Giant at Tampines and saw some HSBC sales guys there with a banner of 80$ cash back. I have applied for a HSBC platinum card, lol. and abundance of jobs opportunity. Many people I know who hop to other "greener pastures" wish they had stayed in Singapore instead. Many of them gave up PR and citizenship to migrate to the West just to realize that they cannot find a job with their existing skills and educations without local exp...

There was a Malay wedding in our hdb block couple of months back, it took place for 2 days. They played some hit Bollywood music. We were pleasantly surprised and enjoyed listening to it. There were also Malay girls dancing to the tunes, very cute it was :)

Didn't know she was Malaysia born Australian. I think 2 things made the matters worse in her case.
1) she is in a prominent position in a gahmen organisation
2) she is a foreigner

At least she could go back to her country, imagine what choices a citizen will have, no place to hide.
