Equipment maker

Let's say you can explain the concept of the equipment you want to have somebody build for you, but can't describe the details such as the electronics or mechanics involved, is there any such equipment maker here? It's more of building a small machine I suppose.

www.justgiving.com A friend just asked me to sponsor him to do skydiving, mad man! A Scottish one, and this is done in Glasgow I think. Only I'm just curious whether this kind of donation is going to be put into good use by the organisation. How can one know? Actually I'm curious about collections a...

Saying the wrong thing...

What would you to save the situation? A boss coming from overseas noticed we were looking at a photo of gymnastics doing some stroke, he later said that he and another boss would be able to do that (of course as a joke). I later replied that's a scary picture, which I meant to be a joke *sigh* This ...

Machine/equipment maker

If you have in mind a design of an equipment but can't make it yourself, is there a place where you can just tell what you want and the design and it will make it for you? I can't tell that much in detail, but it has to be connected to water pipe and to the sewer to remove the water, so a bit like a...

Errr... I did say there is going to be a paper signed by both parties, but the question is whether the sign of both parties alone would be enough without the power of attorney. So is it? Being an American, do you really think if you rented a place, even though it doesn't belong to you, to a hooligan...

The power of attorney can be as wide ranging or limited in scope as you direct.
Would one need the power of attorney if it's only subletting a room for a short period of time, I wonder? Or the signs of both parties on the agreement would be enough?
