Because the banks charge for change here you will often find that your local hawker food stalls will gladly exchange your change for notes as you both circumvent the bank's charges. :D

Not sure they will accept 2200 dollar coins though!

That must be a massive change jar you have back home SMS! :o

BBC prime has been a god send, although it is nothing compared to the real thing back home.

It really just has a lot of re runs, for example they show Red Dwarf, Blackadder etc, Saxondale is coming soon. So they are a few months behind to say the least. No soaps though, sorry

How about trees?

Oak, ceder, elm, redwood, pine, eucalyptus, sequoia.

Adds an international flavour & could also be seen as the "tree of knowledge" in relation to the consultancy area.

I am sure if you met some of the great achievers from history it might be quite a let down. Alexander Flemming for example - only discovered penicillin as he went on holiday & left the washing up in his lab in the sink, to return 2 weeks later & find mould - hey presto penicillin. You might find out...

Sorry I can't help you, I went to the old red brick University of Newcastle upon Tyne in UK I guess you could try googling for a league table of universities, but my experience has been that unless your degree is from a very top uni or a very low uni most employers don't care. It is more about the s...

Depends which Newcastle you are talking about. In the UK there is the University of Newcastle upon Tyne, there is also Newcastle under Lyme (not sure if they have a uni though). Newcastle upon Tyne also has the University of Northumbria (the old poly) But there is probably a Newcastle in America/Aus...

Do we need money anymore?

I am talking about cash. Not the necessity for money as such, just the need for cash. I get paid for my job, my company puts the $ straight into my bank. I can then spend the money by swiping a card & tapping a pin (gotta love Nets). I can ride on public transport by topping up my EZ link card with ...
