I have a few conversation last year with a friend who complaint that he got a 780 GMAT, a stellar profile with 6 years of solid work experience in IT and great CCA records yet was dinged to all top schools he applied to and only got negligible scholarship to very low rank schools. The problem seems ...

probably your case has only been opened now to be reviewed as it was ranked low in the pile and so they just need an updated doc because 5 months have passed. They try to give a result within 6 months. I would not think that the chance is high because salary is too low and they even tell you to wait...

Having an offer of admission from a local university will be an advantage in getting a student pass but it does not mean that 100% will be approved. In 2008, 2009 crisis, a lot of retrenched foreigners used this method to stay back in Singapore instead of having to go home, but this is not as easy a...

With a passing rate of about 20K each year, S pass or even Q Pass chance is very slim or almost zero. The only reason why your application is not denied right away is because your wife is a SPR from Malaysia which is a strong factor and some officer may hope to slot you in when a space becomes avail...

Re: PEP application questions from outside SIN
[...] It's a huge waste of money, they provide zero benefit if you already have a local who can do it for you. Thanks for all your answers. My very base salary is above 8k but I thought if I can add my "overtime add-on" it could help my application. Along the lines of: more is better :-) I simply a...

If the house-hold income's large share is my spouse's (already a citizen) does it count still in my...
