Singpass Mobile app has SafeEntry feature. I notice it is quite useful especially during check out. If I use scan QR code during check in. when I need to check out, neither I scan the code again nor need to refresh the brower and click check out. 2006 -2008 is the period where it was so easy to get PR.

My colleague at that time, work for 6 mth, apply and got it.

Salon does not have the device to scan your NRIC.

Remember some LL's are getting mortgage releif until Dec under MSA rules. I think this is fr commercial and industrial lease.
