Malaysia by taxi for $50.00 Is this true?

I have heard you can get a taxi to Malaysia for the day for $50/100 return? Is this true and if yes, where do I find these taxis? Also what can you see when you get there? I have been to KL..but understand you just go over the border and there is a mall and a casino? I am very ignorant of this all.....

the record..at least what info I have found..

We cannot get insurance for our Bali trip- leaving today- for my 20yr old as he is not a resident of Singapore..

He also cannot get insurance from Oz as he has already left the country..

So annoying...lesson learnt for us..will tread very carefully..

Happy Easter everyone.. Quick question..My son arrived from Oz last week (20yrs old) We are leaving for Bali on Monday and as he plans on diving etc..I tried to get him travel insurance when we booked our Bali trip. Now it was easy for me to get insurance as I am a resident of Singapore (green card)...

I found what a thought was a great trainer. I did my research.. Excellent references and tertiary educated at a good University.. I told him I would not pay $100 an hour, so we came to an agreement of 10 sessions for $850.00 (paid cash/no receipt/ nice work if you can get it..) Anyhow...almost finis...

We dont have a great relationship with our landlord..Ie The toilet started to leak/pour out of the base and we needed a plumber URGENTLY...he said it was our fault it was broken "as we were too heavy for the toilet!"
