Re: Where to hang a hammock in Singapore

Its very difficult as you are not allowed to tie things to the trees, at least this is the rule anywhere where Dragon Boat races take place , so Bedok Reservoir , Lower Seletar , Jurong. I would assume that this is the same rule in all the parks in Singapore in that you are not allowed to tie anythi...

"China has responded by trying to gently reframe the Belt and Road Initiative. In a recent speech, Xi described the projects not in economic terms but rather as a diplomatic tool that could unite much of the world. China “should be considerate of image issues ” around Belt and Road, said Yanme...

No Barns.... or if they are it's a triple or double bluff. There is too much panic. It does seem like its a tricky position to extricate from. Maybe the Govt have a plan to use CPF so no cash payouts are required. Its going to interesting to see what they do. The big desnity HDB surely cant be knoc...

I think we have a way to go before we see any change here. Family friendly remember. To be fair, Asia is behind the curve, but maybe this could be a catalyst for change in the region. Family friendly in that you knock your kids around whenever you like or give the Mrs a crack if needed? That kind o...

Wong is back peddling as fast as he can. Multiple errors in his statement of course. Fortunately Singaporeans are not daft anymore. I can't see this ending well for the Minister. https://www.businesstimes.com.sg/government-economy/lawrence-wong-says-factually-and-legally-wrong-to-say-hdb-flat-owner...
