Don't worry, at least you knew that you have passed all the rounds of the interview and i believe that SIA will definitely contact you and send you to training straight away when they have decided to have new training classes for new batches. Just use this time to think of how to do well in your job...

long as u fit in their 'number of applicants they can see that day' and 'meet their minimum requirements' - shouldn't be any problem ;) A dangerous supposition given the severe competition likely to occur as a result of the recession. I know of one British national working in SIA. However he was recruited by the UK regional office and is posted to Singapore for a short stint.



I mean SQ does not accept British nationals as cabin crew.

a junior pilot told me that i can send in my resume to SQ even if they are not recruiting? I have doubts about it though.

Singapore Airlines mentioned in one of their newsletter that have suspended their cabin crew recruitment and 17 of their aircrafts are in use at the moment. They do take in western girls...but from other interviews in other countries.
For the interview in Singapore, i think they only accept Singaporeans or PRs....if i am not wrong....my friend from Malaysia couldn't even apply for the job
