I have taken Jal flights before and realized that there is only one chinese speaking flight attendant on board.

Do not know if it is the same for all the Jal flights or not though.

Also, i did not see any other races during the Jal interview except for chinese.

Chinese speaking crew to make Mandarin PA on flight.

On the other hand, english speaking is also very essential.

They only chose girls who are able to speak good english.

somehow, they tend to pick all 99% of the girls who went on the first day.

It's always

for eg.

first day 38 passed out of 40

second day 22 passed out of 40

Generally, there is no reason for someone to fail the WCT. Unless, you cant swim ( swimming is never difficult, esp with a lifevest on ) Or, You have your WCT on the second day. They have already taken in 99% of the girls on the first day, so girls who are taking their WCT on the second or third day...

True, i do agree that LUCK plays a big part.

Sometimes, even if you have all it takes, it doesnt mean you will get to where you want.

When they have have reach a quota, the rest of the hopefuls are just patronized by the interviewers.

A lady will check you in your camisole and shorts during the final interview.

During both check, they will ask if you have tattoo or not.

areas which are checked will be the neck, face,forehead, hands, arms, waist area (for tattoo i supposed), legs ( stand and turn a round )

Well, it should be okay if you look good in the kebaya.

The most they would do to you, is to ask you to put on weight during the water cofidence test!
