A word of advice to those "plump-sized" ppl...Better to lose lots of weight b4 trying out for SQ..Dont waste ur time trying out and half-way got rejected ..Esp when u got a HR person who just find all sorts of excuses to eliminate you....(though u tried to be pleasant at all times). i'm not trying ...

Hmmm I'm not too sure but here's my personal take: 1) Do we need to wear formal attire for the walk-in interview? as in for guys, long sleeves and tie? I see ALL the guys during my walk-in interview wearing formal attire, and it is best to wear formal because it shows them you are serious about want...

They would be using your 1st application form that you fill in on the 1st day of your interview process during the mgmt round itself.

I found out cause both my forms were different, and I realised they were questioning me on my 1st application form. =P

Well.. I think passing the Kebaya round, she has the curves. But in swimming suit, she was probably too meaty or maybe its her weight that the HR could not accept. But anyway no fear. I'm also not slim.. on the chubby side and I got in. So don't think you need to be skinny or real slim to enter in t...

I've seen a Malay girl being rejected during the Water Confidence Test because apparently, the HR personnel told her she needed to lose some weight. And she was on the plump side.. Yet I am not slim either, with meat and all, so just nice for your height would do? I've heard of Malays working in SIA...

Hmm.. i feel it's actually about the smiles, and definitely on whether you can stand out amongst the rest of the 9 girls during the first rd of interview. Think if we put ourselves into their shoes, listening to an interesting intro compared to over a few hundreds of similar boring intros on that mo...

Hi.. i also saw a girl who passed the 1st rd, but got booted off the 2nd rd (kebaya) because of a tattoo on her hand. She had initially used plaster to cover it, but decided to tell the lady interviewer the truth during the 2nd rd coz they wld confirm question her abt the plaster. (Kebaya rd.. they ...
