For an expat package, it seems pretty average.

The ones that really make the money offer "happy endings". I doubt it hahaha, except maybe the less legitimate ones. I’m pretty sure that is illegal, so if there were, they are probably no longer in operation. You'd be surprised. Very interesting point brought up. Not sure how this "extra" services...

Watching diets is a must. Especially when one's age start catching up. However, the counting of calories seems a bit too much in my opinion. Not sure if i understand it correctly.

Had been skipping lunch for a year or so. not much weight loss but it maintains.

From this forum, it says to need minimum of 14hrs?? Tot it is more about just controlling the calorie intake to reach a negative much easier.
