You may want to search old post. I think one guy with multiple Citizenship got his PR recently. He had declared all the citizenship

Those who got PR applications outcome, can please tell me through which channel you get the outcome first?. By checking on ICA website, or getting email or physical letter. It has been more than 14 months since I had applied. And checking the status daily seems to be crazy :). My PR was approved 1 ...

Even if you click on the submit option, you can't attach anything until unless they ask explicitly
