Re: Foreign Spouse first extension STVP or LTVP?

Hmm, they generally do not recommend any sedatives for pets when they fly because their vitals have to be closely monitored by the vet and no humans are allowed in the cargo hold. Even pet relocation companies do not recommend sedatives either. The cargo hold is temperature controlled though so the...

Re: Foreign Spouse first extension STVP or LTVP?

The vet can also inject your pet with a little something to take the edge off, if you think it will get too stressed during the flight - as that can be life threatening. Depends on the animal; we did inject our hyper nervous dog we brought over from the US last time… would definitely have been flip...

I see, never heard of such a case before, I guess then like any other immigration application, the process is discretionary.

Re: PR Approval Probability 2021

Possible, but more influential factors are things like race, income, and previous and potential contributions, although that’s a rather vague and arbitrary criteria. The Sponsor's income is a main factor. Hi flyer. Thanks for kind reply. Any gauge for “good”? 10k and above per month? There really i...

Re: IVF

Happened to us 3 times. We decided to adopt instead. So lovely. How long has it been? Did you adopt a baby or an older child? We adopted a baby - she was 3 weeks old when she came home and she's around 21 months old now. It has been a great experience so far. She's lively, keeps us all on our toes ...

Agree. Anti foreign sentiment tends to be directed at Indians and other minorities, very rarely caucasians. Double standards at its finest.

Re: Gas hob reviews requested

Speaking of hobs, we have been having trouble with ours lately - it’s also an Ariston. I have already taken everything apart and cleaned it, which fixed two that were just not even lighting up, but there is still one that keeps having issues - it will light up but won’t stay lit unless we try it se...

What is the issue with the Aniston gas stove? Is it that the flame is only high or very low - no medium?

Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
Probably difficulty starting a consistent flame.

Re: Why are we NOT being given an anti-body test after being double jabbed?

Personally, I don’t really care what the antibody test shows, it’s not like you’re going to overdose if you get a booster while your antibody count is still high. For me personally, I don’t want to get poked an additional time just to satisfy my curiosity. Similar situation during my last Heath che...

Exactly, seems like every time we get close to properly managing the situation and moving towards a new normal, we regress further.

Wow, I’ve never done that. Is Lazarus the only pet friendly island or are others like Ubin and Kusu pet-friendly as well?

mine closes 10 pm
Seems like that’s the standard, while most of the facilities in my condo are 24h.

10 pm closing time here.
I see, looking at the responses 10pm seems to be the common time. Perhaps residents have taken for granted the extended hours this whole time.

Our condo pool closes at 10pm, I thought that was pretty late already. I’ve never heard of any being open 24hrs!
Ours used to be open 24 hours. Changed to 7am-10pm about a week ago and caused a huge uproar among residents. Perhaps we’ve gotten used to a different standard.
