I will be taking a PhD in NUS starting from August. It'll be a 4-year programme. I think the CPF contribution shouldn't be a problem had I "officially" granted the PR (i.e. once the formalities are done, etc etc) as the scholarship will cover the CPF contribution when I receive the stipend each mont...
