Re: Transfer maid mess

IMO, I think the employer is legally bound to the consent form since he's signed it. No I disagree. Consent can be withdrawn. I'm not surprised actually as original FDW employer obviously woke up to the fact that there are no new FDW coming in. You will most likely have to find a new transfer FDW. ...

Re: HOW TO STOP/STAY LANDLORD NOTICE FOR VACATING UNIT

Thank you all, appreciated As of now the LL has just sent me a letter by registered post to which I replied back sharing all facts. The Aircon is working fine, its only water leakage in insulation which can be wear & tear as well. Understand from his agent that LL feels that delay to service aircon...

Re: PMETs breakdown released - Citizens, PR, FT

I would say 250,000 over ten long years is not that big a number, more so if we consider the fact that most of citizen converts would already be working in good plum jobs.
This labeling of new/ true blue sgps is quite worrisome though, what's next... 2nd/3rd generation sinkie?

Re: Arbitration clause on Tenancy Agreement

Hi everyone, We have decided not renewed our condo lease with a difficult landlord. The landlord is now withholding our security deposit under the most absurd claims (we have proof and evidence that all his claims are false and without merit) and we are ready to go to the small claims court. Howeve...

Am I allowed to post his name here?
Only the agency name would be advisable I think
