I didnt make it in the first round, group interview.

I realise most of them have memorized the speech, and those who can speak very fluet and the contents are organized, can get through to the next round, kebaya fit test...

ermm actually dont worry abt this. dont read too much articles here and confuse and worry yourself. just go and try. make sure you stay positive and keep learning and correcting yourself if u want to stay in this industry. you wil go far with a good atittude and mindset. dont take what others say s...

i submitted the application form with a covering letter on 30/11
after 2 weeks, i thought it was hopeless...

however, i got the reply on 26/12, i was really shocked ><
