Re: NS liable for spouse scheme PR

Yes you are not exempted but it is unlikely you will be called up for NS as you are over 30 years. So relax and enjoy. :)

Re: Ltvp application during covid

It means you need to apply before 14th November.
If you still haven't gotten married by 14 November, then you can reply for LLE again, once approved, then get married and apply LTVP.

Re: EP change job during phase 2 reopening

I think you have already answered your own questions, if you want to gamble, go ahead, but their are alot of locals without jobs right now, and that is the priority of the government for the locals to make sure they are employed.

Re: ROM while on pending Pre Marital Assessment for LTVP

If i were you, i will just apply for the LTVP straight away since you are already married without waiting for the Pre-LTVP. It has been done before and LTVP was approved while Pre-LTVP was rejected lol Here is why i would do the above. Assuming the Pre-LTVP gets approved and you proceed to apply LTV...

Re: Marrying a foreigner

Hi, LLE is just a letter of eligibility not a valid pass to remain in Singapore and it is valid for a year which means once you have a successful LLE, you need to get married and apply for the LTVP within a year. You need a social visit pass to remain in singapore. So first thing is first. 1. Apply ...

Re: PR approval in 2019

@abc48, Best to update ICA about your marriage asap even tho you have been approved, you don't want it to affect your future applications or renewals in the future. Since you just got married this march, you can update at your own sweet time within a month, or when you go to complete the formalities...

Re: Coming to Singapore

I mean it depends what you are coming as, if you are coming on a long pass to stay in singapore then just come but surely you will need to stay at home for 14days, but if you are coming on a short term visit pass, i had say dont bother as you will need to give proof of accommodation for 14 days to s...

Re: How many people wanna migrate to Australia?

No SMS, i think OP means most people that are using singapore as a stepping stone to other countries, certainly not Singaporeans, most especially migrating to Malaysia😂😂 is the opposite.

Re: Can i travel out of singapore while waiting for my ltvp?

You do realise this post is 2years old,
Anyway, there is no issue that i know of when you travel out after in principle approval, if you need SVP to enter the country, just apply for one early, if you get visa on arrival just tell the officer at the counter you are here to complete the formalities.

Re: Moving from India with single entry IPA letter

If you employer advised you to apply at your own capacity, you need to just apply a SG visit pass from the approved agency at your home country, you will be asked purpose of visiting SG, simply mentioned your work and approval. That should gain you a visa, get down here and do what you have to.

Re: Dilemma with providing salary information

The salary verification is usually done by the company that is about to hire you, most likely they do not wish to do so as they think you are fit for the job and they are willing to pay you the amount you are requesting anyway. If that is the case, ICA might or might not verify your salary with your...

Re: PMLA After ROMM

Its not about risking it, when applying the PMLA, there is a field you need to declare if married or single, hence ICA will automatically know if you are single or married to begin with. Anyway i just wanted to check if someone else has attempted that in the past, worst case scenario is, it gets rej...

PMLA After ROMM

Hi guys, i have searched deep but i couldn't find any post related to this question. Has anyone applied PMLA after marriage in Singapore and got an approval? I know it is meant for couples who are yet to get married, but i dont see anywhere on the advisory note or ICA website that says the PMLA can ...

Re: PMLA journey

You better make sure you secure a job before attempting to apply LTVP with the PMLTVP eligibility as you risk the chance of getting your application rejected without a job.
