Re: CAN SUBMIT PR WITHOUT ANNEX A?

You will not need photos until they ask for them. Somehow your reason for applying for PR doesn't ring true. If you are saying you are doing it for the medical subsidy I have to call you out as S Pass holders has all medical covered, by law, by the company employing you and sponsoring the S Pass. Wh...

When asked for your NRIC or your Work Pass, and you have to tell them you have none of the mentioned, what do you think is going...

Re: LOC- 2 job offer at the same time but one company has processed LOC

No longer exactly true. Now, if you are a B.Sc for instance in say philosophy, the odds are nigh on impossible to get a relevant job, but if you are a trailing spouse, and you have those kind of qualifications, you will not get a LoC for a job as a 1,800/mo Admin assistant as you could do say 5 or 1...

Re: Got an offer, EP approved but employment will not commence

You just learned the hard way about joining body shops. Now go find a job on your own where you know what is happening or get plan B greased up and ready to take off back to Manila.

Re: Got my PR but Employer demand re-signing of new contract

Believe me, they will know what they are doing. No, it will probably not be adjusted again, as they will have already compensated in the new contract for that, or you might not get the increment you thought you would at the beginning of the third year. But I've not heard of that being done.
