Re: [Pls Help] PR application chances assessment

Yep. They will go directly to IRAS to access your tax records. That way you don't have to upload anything at all, and if you haven't been paying your taxes they will also see that as well...they have seen almost everything so you could say it's pretty hard to pull the wool over their eyes now.

Re: I am looking for an effective image search tool

Maybe the software was not effective or you were not attractive. Who knows. Maybe it didn't find any because there were none to be found? Did you hide one somewhere as a beacon before trying the programs to see if they could/would pick 'em up?

Re: [Pls Help] PR application chances assessment

Yeah, I/we do. While we cannot say for sure as ICA hold their cards extremely close to their collective chests, we cannot help but feel that they might well wonder 'why' the urgency to get PR. They seems to feel it takes a minimum of 2 to 3 years before a person well and truly knows if this is the t...

Re: [Pls Help] PR application chances assessment

Yes, the site does say you can apply for PR after 6 months here. However, your chances are extremely slim unless you are a rocket scientist or a neurosurgeon. But if your faith is strong enough, who knows. Nothing ventured nothing gained and yeah, $300 is just a month's worth of booze and that much ...

Re: PR Application Chinese Malaysian Chances (Second Time) (First Time Rejected)

If you were a brain surgeon or a Rocket Scientist then maybe you would have had a chance after 6 months (which we all know it says on the MOM site), however, in reality for normal folks it as I said, a minimum of 24 months consecutive employment. Applying with out being able to submit any current em...

Re: PR Application Chinese Malaysian Chances (Second Time) (First Time Rejected)

First of all, it's doubtful, regardless, of your qualifications or type of application until you have been here at least two years or three tax assessments (doesn't mean you had to pay taxes but had to file tax returns three times (basically still at least 24 months of consecutive employment). It's ...

Re: PR Application Chinese Malaysian Chances (Second Time) (First Time Rejected)

Yes, LTVP can. Has she ever worked in Singapore? If so, has she ever work on a Work Permit? If so, you need to get permission from the MOM to marry her. If you don't you might have to immigrate to her country if you want to be together. If not, shouldn't be any worries provided you cn show enough in...

Re: Register birth certificate for child

In law, I believe you will need his signature on the birth certificate attesting that he is the father? If you are divorced, we cannot say as we don't know the grounds for divorce or even if he's the father as you didn't give us any data to process.

Find a employer offering you full time employment rather than a bodyshop who is offering you a short term project job.

3400 a month. You get exactly what you accepted. You could have said no, right? So you are being paid what you think you are worth, else you wouldn't have accepted the position.

Re: LTVP Documents help? SC-NR spouse

"If you did not submit a PMLA, the LTVP processing time may take up to six months." is a fair bit different than "Max waiting time is 6 months." One thing you need to learn is that the Government ministries will never commit to a Maximum time. Small difference but you haven't bee...

Re: Help.. what happens to the sum of $$ in the joint acct which is in five digits when 3rd joint holder party died?

It will distributed by the Public Trustee in equal shares as apparently the deceased did not leave a will, therefore the estate is handled by the Publich Trustee. It will distribute all the estate according the the Intestacy/Inheritance rules in Singapore. This will be done by the Public Trustee aft...
