Re: Employment pass in Feb 2021
My wife and I had our EP and DP go through without any issues. The EP/DP process was really painless for us. I don't remember the timelines offhand but it was in line with our expectations which would have been set around what the websites told us. Coordinating pets and SHN and entry PCR tests on th...

Re: Meaning of Chronological order in PR Application
With things like this, unless its stated otherwise, its USUALLY safe to apply the same methodology across the document. If it were me, I'd keep it uniform and apply whatever order they said to apply to the whole document. I would assume that if they needed the other sections in a different or specif...

Re: any recommendation for hair dandruff problem?
Nizoral 2x a week (directions on the bottle) and Head and Shoulders the rest of the time. I use an OTC brand I got off Amazon, no clue if that is available in SG. No problems at all using these two, and my dandruff was really severe for a while.

Re: Why did this forum die?
I will say that SMS and SE run a tight ship, but they really do come off pretty gruff for anyone just arriving to the forum. No offense intended. Thinking back to my Navy days you guys remind me of salty old warrant officers who have seen everything under the sun. After 20+ years at sea, there isn't...

Re: Options for unmarried couple where one has a job offer + EP
Just get married, elope over a weekend or something. We did, no regrets at all, makes everything easier, no BS, no explanations, no asking for forms or waivers. TropicalExpat I think Allin may be alluding to a theory in some circles right now that the virus is a hoax or is being spread on purpose sp...

Re: Is gmail safe?
Gmail won't block an IP unless its a known malicious one, and maybe not even then. That said, the login was probably either a rando script parsing an email/password dump, or it was someone who just got their own email wrong and typed yours instead. I wouldn't sweat it too much. That said, check here...

I don't understand what you do or are wanting to do.
Do you do networking, like firewalls, routers, ports? Or do you mean networking like meeting people networking?

Re: Malaysia Airlines may liquidate by year end
I mean, considering their unfortunate recent history I'd say this kind of makes sense. If any airline is in a tight spot its going to be Malaysian airlines.

Re: Sign up for phone plan before arriving?
Is there a reason you don't want a pre-paid? I THINK (call to verify) that you should be able to convert your pre-paid number to an actual account if you so choose, so you don't have to fuss with updating all your contact info everywhere. It won't be free but its not a monumental task either, its a ...

Smells like a spammer, but yes. Just upload whatever you want. If you want more advice, I'd check just about anywhere else. I don't imagine we have many career youtubers here but I could always be mistaken, who knows.

Re: Pet Relocation Information
Were doing a similar move soon with our 3 cats and 1 dog. It's a fair amount of leg work and paperwork , but its absolutely something that can be done by you without hiring help. We found a few companies that will handle it for us, but the quotes were all around $3k a pet. Shop around but I think th...
