Gosh I hope not. LTVP holders only account for 0.5% of the workforce. Less then 18,000 people. It’s already a minuscule slice of the pie.

Feel free to read my topic about PMLA to LTVP. PMLA takes about 4 to 6 weeks to be approved. With the PMLA, the LTVP processing time is reduced to 6 to 8 weeks. Do you really want to gamble on waiting 6 months on the LTVP outcome when you could have applied for the PMLA in the first place to shorten...

Official name is PMLA and that’s before getting married. OP is already married so he can only just apply for LTVP. If married for more than 3 years, maybe he might be granted LTVP+.

Suggest you get PMLA done first and see the outcome. When you apply with PMLA, you will most likely get LTVP.

You’re giving the wrong information. PMLA is only for non-resident spouses of Singapore citizens. OP and his/her SO are not Singapore citizens.
