4 to 6 glasses are too little. I actually suggest at least 3 litres per day. Drinking more water is always good for your body. Helps in metabolism, better skin, flushing toxins, etc.

There's a few gyms in toa payoh that you can check out. I live in toa payoh anyway.
Gyms - Safra Energyone, ActiveSG gym, Anytime Fitness. The ActiveSG is the best bang for your buck. Cheap, spacious but can be crowded during peak hours.

Hi Mike, forward head syndrome can be solved by stretching of tight muscles and strengthening of the weak muscles. Areas to stretch - chest, shoulders and trapezius.
