My employer applied for LOC as i am DP holder. but my husband's current EP validity left for 5 months.
Meanwhile my husband got his new IPA for EP from a new employer as he will switch his company.He will Join new company in July.

In that case will MOM approve my LOC?

I applied loc on April 2019...it's showing pending.did u follow up with ur company as in mom website it's written within 3 weeks they will respond?
