yes.. they do practice seniority, insubordination is taken very seriously.. as for the the layovers, apparently they aren't as long as they used to be mainly because of the increase in the flight frequencies. Nope, still havent heard from em.. called em up and was told to just wait coz the delay is with the ministry :(

Air ticket is provided but need to pay airport tax if im not wrong.
