I am currently holding S-pass. Our LTVP status is Approve in Principle, pending payment. What is the duration between payment and receiving of the LTVP?

Hi, I would like ask, I'm a foreign worker holding a SPass permit. I would like to know, because me and my Singaporean boyfriend have plan to marry on December. I'm curious if ICA have chances to reject the application for Long term visit pass even if I hold a SPass permit. Thank you.
