IF you actually were declared bankrupt by a court in Singapore then yes, you have a problem. Bankrupt persons are not meant to travel (out of Singapore) without permission of the court's assignee. I have never heard of anybody being arrested for bankruptcy. There is nothing to stop you travelling. I suggest you contact your creditors and make arrangements to repay them - dry finding debt advice in your home country. Good luck.
