Re: PR REJECTED, APPLIED UNDER SPOUSE SCHEME

The wise ones here always recommend at least 2 years of marriage before applying for PR.
Better luck next time!

Re: Can you apply for a PR and LTVP at the same time?

My wife and daughter's PR application took 2 attempts and over 3 years in total before finally being approved - and during that time they stayed here under LTVP which was renewed every year.

Re: Highest educational certificates [PR Application]

Always best to give them everything that they ask for. You only have to show the actual originals when you go for completion of formalities (if your application is successful) , which may be months or years after the online application is made. Couldn't you submit scanned copies first with your onli...

Re: Ltvp book formalities date and med checkup. Need help.

You will get the LTVP card on the same day you complete the formalities.
You have to wait an hour or two for the collection so go have some lunch and then come back again.

Re: Need advice for notarised translation documents for PR

If any clarification or further documents are required then you will be contacted by the ICA by email, so I dont think this was the reason for your earlier rejection. Having said that, why not submit the best set of documents you can? When I applied for PR for my wife and daughter I submitted Thai m...

Re: [Guide] PR Approved - now what?

Guys, as for the photo, the safest bet is to take at the ICA building level 1 as I got rejected by the officer saying that the photo I take from the photo kiosk is too glossy. They only accept matte surface. I believe that they have removed the photo machine at the ICA building recently. You may wa...

Re: [Guide] PR Approved - now what?

Just completed the formalities for my wife and daughter yesterday and now looking at options to collect my wife's new IC on the ICA online appointment site. She could collect it herself at a post office next week, but as she is not going to be around then I will have to arrange to collect it for her...

Re: PR is pending for 13 months

Obtained approval in principle in June 2019 for wife and daughter's PR. Applied Feb 2018.

Previously rejected after a similar amount of time, so it can go either way.
Good luck!

Re: PR application update, no physical letter?

I also received an email (no physical letter) from ICA asking for additional info / documentation for my wife and daughter's PR application. That was in January 2019, almost a year after making the PR application. I replied with the info immediately, and in June I got the Approval in Principle letter.

Re: Anyone got Approved PR who applied in 2018?

Received in Principle Approval for my wife and daughter's PR earlier this month. Applied in early 2018 (2nd application, first was rejected in 2017 after about 8 months). After waiting so long and the first rejection I did not expect them to get approval, so when the letter arrived nearly 1.5 years ...

Re: Singapore PR enquires

Seems strange to me.
I have worked for 5 different companies since obtaining PR and they have never asked for my Entry Permit. I don't think I have even been asked to show my Re-Entry permit either - just the Blue NRIC.

And I have not been working for nothing!
