Formula 1

Hey Guys,

Just wondering, is it possible to see F1 Grand Prix or any of the race for free? As I understand it will be running on actual streets? Or nevertheless, you need to have a ticket to these areas?

As currently, as I understand, I am not outstanding from the other applicants from abroad, trying to get into Singapore market. All the time I need to emphasise I am...

Hi Lads, A pretty tough situation here... I was looking for a job in Singapore for 5 months without any result. Decided to go back to the UK (at least for 6 months) and start my new career in Project Management (I have an experience in doing various projects in HR). Already sent my CV's and got a co...

Re: Cost of Living Comparison

Really good idea but the data way to general.

I remember, just coming back from Iceland (country), compared it with London. The difference was not as big, but the Icelandic prices were 5-6 years outdated.

Re: What are my chances of getting a job in Singapore?

Well, just a couple words from me... After my graduation, I was working for 3 years in a recognised UK institution and my wife was offered to transfer to Singapore. As we thought, to find a job in Asia will be not as hard than in the UK, but we were totally wrong. My idea was to get recognised quali...

Re: Laptop purchase: India vs Singapore

Check the prices online on Apple website.

As I know from UK, US and Singapore comparison - UK - most expensive, SG - cheaper and US - the cheapest option.

Also, bear in mind real currency exchange rate.

Re: Junior Project Management jobs in Singapore on D Pas

Thank you for your reply, Strong Eagle.

I have experience in delivering projects within HR. However, we did not use any methodology or proper PM software (except Excel).

Thus, I am not sure if I can apply for Assistant PM job. Or can I?

Dear Members, I am about to take PRINCE2 Foundation exam and wonder if it will help me to secure a Project Coordinator or similar job? As I understood, Singapore is a pretty harsh place for foreigners seeking entry-level/junior executive types of jobs. Currently, I am holding D Pass on E Pass which ...
