So, technically, if I renounce my Singapore citizenship and enter Singapore with a New Zealand passport with a tourist visa, there should be no problem, right?

I apologise for the confusion, but I do have my NRIC. I meant that I got it on my last trip back to Singapore, but decided against NS once I had returned to NZ.
