i took up the PR when i was 14.. sorry didn't really calculate the exact years i was PR for.. in my mind it always seemed like forever. yes u re right I'm 25 this year

hahah i thought they ll give me some chance since singapore was the one who invited me to become PR. then now i ve spent more than 70% of my 25 living years here they ll grant me the citizenship haha

they sent me a letter of invitation to become PR when i was 14. By then i had already spent 7 years in singapore

anyways i told the agent to find out which bloody company did the curtain tracks but she kept giving me some sort of bullshit. i dont understand why its so difficult to find out things like that

theres this part on the contract that says tenant to pay the first $150 of any repair and landlord to pay the rest. The guy that the agent recommended me quoted $100. really is it just me or everything is getting really expensive now. what should i do in this case? should i just bleed my wallet to ...

yeah I'm from China, came to singapore since 7. now I'm 25 years old. I just graduated recently so i ve only worked for about 6 months. Im pretty much fixed over here in Singapore.. planning to try to apply around march 2016. Dont know if i can stay in my job for 2 years=.=

not funny leh i called up the agent 4 to 5 times already not even sure if the agent is conveying my message properly to the landlord. the landlord is so non-existence
