The company transfer plan was delayed, but finally, I am going to relocate from New Zealand to singapore at beginning of Jan next year. Would like to rent a single bed room for myself only which is near to Jurong east international business park. The budget will be around SGD$700 ~900(HDB is alright...

Thanks. Yep, I will be employed with a local firm and will hold p1 EP working visa. Just because my job will cover Asia Pacific area, so will not always stay in Singapore but only 1/2 of whole year there.
