Opening Bank account with IPA (EP Approved) before arrival

Sorry I couldn't find this answer yet.

Is it possible to open A/C in any SG Bank before arriving. So that I can TT from overseas before landing in Singapore. I had done this in Australia but cant find any option in Singapore

We switched our daughter from an international school where she was really unhappy to a local school where she is really happy. But I can only talk starting from P3 and with a child exempted from Mother Tongue. We are on EP/DP so our daughter was integrated in a not-so-popular neighbourhood school....

That's normal. That means ICA is working with their vetting agencies based in your country of residence to check your credentials. We are a Family planning to move to SG within own organization from different country. Any recent experience how long it takes usually for EP & DP, for IPA to come in. IPA processing time for EP/DP

We are a Family planning to move to SG within own organization from different country.
Any recent experience how long it takes usually for EP & DP, for IPA to come in.
